Working with Karakusevic Carson Architects and Periscope, we provided civil engineering designs for the regeneration of Hereford House and Exeter Court. The proposals offer 202 new homes and circa 300sqm retail space together with improvements to the surrounding streets and a landscaped courtyard area.

Our work has focussed on design coordination with the site’s utility infrastructure and incorporation of sustainable drainage systems within the landscape proposals.
