Adjacent to Acton Town in the London Borough of Ealing, the Steyne Estate is being renewed to create a contemporary housing project incorporating the existing 22-storey estate buildings; Moreton and Rufford Towers.

LHE helped analyse various combinations of development areas, advised on fixed infrastructure constraints and helped shape proposals where infrastructure creates places for people and a rich ecology, such as new planting, pedestrian routes, connections between streets, community space and new structures.
