Be First’s Woodward Road scheme comprises 56 new homes, all of which will be affordably rented. We worked alongside Morris and Company and MRG studio to plan the infrastructure needed to support the development and set out the new street along which the houses are arranged.

The scheme presents a strong example of compact and thoughtfully designed urban infrastructure, creating a human-scale street that serves the multitude of residents’ needs.
