The Colville Estate masterplan development has been in progress since 2010, replacing the estate’s poorly planned, deteriorating and inward looking blocks with 925 high quality, mixed-tenure homes.

We have been involved with the latest phase of the development, preparing civil engineering designs for the landscape, public realm, drainage and utility infrastructure.
