Hereford House and Exeter Court, Brent
Working with Karakusevic Carson Architects and Periscope, we have provided civil engineering design services for the development of the south Kilburn masterplan’s Hereford House and Exeter Court. The proposals offer 202 new homes and circa 300sqm retail space together with improvements to the surrounding streets and a landscaped courtyard area.
Our work has focussed on design coordination with the site’s utility infrastructure and the use of water sensitive urban design principles within the landscape proposals.
